"Spa facilities are nice touch but on the basic standard side for a spa although nice to use, indoor pool was a nice temperature, too cold to try the outdoor unheated pool."

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable with a comfy room and a lovely atmosphere. Although there were a few minor hiccups, like the noise from the road and a slippery bath mat, the overall experience was pleasant. The indoor pool and steam room were highlights, and the dining experience was excellent, especially at the hotel restaurant. However, the slight lack of professionalism from some staff in certain situations was a bit off-putting.
Rooms
8.0
The room was very comfortable, although it overlooked the road and car park. Even with that, the noise was minimal, and I appreciated the extra touches like the room safe, bath robes, and tea and coffee facilities.
Service
7.0
The service was generally friendly, especially during breakfast and at the bar, but I did find one instance a bit unprofessional when a staff member discussed a guest's mini bar issues loudly.
Location

I had a lovely stay at the hotel! The staff was really attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown and accessing the main shopping street. However, my room view was quite disappointing, overlooking a car park instead of something more scenic. The dining options were mostly excellent, although some prices were on the higher side.
Rooms
7.0
The standard room was average but clean and comfortable. I did have a view of a car park, which could have been better.

Location

The Bohemia restaurant was exceptional, and breakfast had a great variety. However, the prices for a cooked breakfast felt steep.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of attention to detail and some amenities left me wanting more. The location was convenient for exploring, but the dining options could use improvement. Overall, it's a decent stay if you find a good offer, but I wouldn't rate it as a true luxury experience.
Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it felt a bit outdated and I noticed some noise from the bar below, which continued late into the night.
Service
6.0
The staff was polite and tried their best, but the service felt inconsistent and lacked the extra touches that I expected from a higher-end hotel.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the main shopping area and local attractions, making it easy to explore St. Helier.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were good, but I was a bit disappointed by the limited breakfast choices and the surprise menu at dinner didn't suit my tastes.
Facilities

The spa facilities were somewhat lackluster, and the small size didn't provide the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Situated in a pleasant area, it was just a few minutes' walk to shops and the beachfront, making it very convenient.
Dining

Breakfast was impressive with a broad selection, though I did find the average quality of the food slightly less than expected for the price.
Facilities

Overall, I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, but the dining options and some amenities were lacking. The staff was generally helpful, but the initial welcome could have been warmer. The special dining experience at the Michelin star restaurant was exceptional, which partially made up for the ups and downs.
Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the tidiness and that it was refreshed every day.
Service

The staff were generally polite and helpful, but the initial reception was a bit underwhelming. My requests were met, and I was impressed by their ability to handle arrangements efficiently.
Location

The location had its downsides as it overlooked a main road, making for a noisy atmosphere during my stay, especially with road works ongoing. It wasn't the ideal setting I hoped for.
Dining

The meal I experienced in the bar area was quite lackluster, yet the Michelin star restaurant was an absolute highlight. Each course was phenomenal - truly a culinary experience to remember.
